Exchange & Return Policy

At Enjoy we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it, or credit your account, subject to the below terms.

This Policy applies to products purchased from www.enjoyfitness.co.za and this Policy forms part of the Enjoy Fitness Terms and Conditions, which can be found on our Homepage. Words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Please note this policy excludes custom kit purchased from Enjoy Fitness and nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

Unwanted products

In general, you can return an unwanted product to us provided it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached. You need to notify Enjoy of the return within 30 days of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product. After 30 days, you can only return a product if it is defective.

We reserve the right to refuse a return, if the unwanted product is returned damaged or not in a re-saleable condition.

Enjoy will credit your account within 10 working days from the receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Want to exchange

Products can be exchanged for a different size or colour variation, provided that such variation is available. If such variation is not available, Enjoy will refund you within 10 business days from the receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Not what you ordered

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or refund you within 10 business days.

Products damaged on delivery

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the damaged product.

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair / replacement is possible) or refund you within 10 business days.

Defective products

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects.

What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will therefore not entitle you to a return under this section:

  • Faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
  • Damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; and
  • Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

Standard Warranty

If you have received a product which turns out to be defective, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect. Our standard warranty period is 6 months after delivery / collection of the product.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product (if such repair / replacement is possible) or refund you if that is your preference. If the repair / replacement takes longer than 21 days, we will get in touch with you to see if you would rather receive a refund.

Returning Products

If the product you want to return is still within its Return Policy window of 30 days you can log into your account at www.enjoyfitness.co.za. Select My Account and then Orders. Locate the order you would like to return an item from and click on the Return an item from this order button. Mark the item you would like to return in the order and click on the Return this item button. This generates a return request on our systems and you will receive an email confirmation confirming the return request and that one of our team will be in touch with you.

NB: If you are returning multiple items from the same order it is easier to process each return request individually as this allows you to request multiple sizing exchanges or part size exchange and part refund.

If you want to return a product that is defective and outside of its 30 day return policy window please email orders@enjoyfitness.co.za to notify us of your return request.

Please include in the email:

  • Your Name
  • Your Original invoice number
  • Item you are returning
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Your banking details (returns only)

Preparing the return parcel

Pack the product(s) in their original packaging, and into a shipping box or padded envelope to protect the products during transit. 

Please include in the package a note with the following information on it so that we can easily identify your return:

  • Your Name
  • Your Original invoice number
  • Item you are returning
  • Reason for return or exchange

Returning the parcel

If your return falls within the 30 day return policy window or you are returning a defective product Enjoy will arrange for a courier to collect the prepared parcel and deliver it to the return shipping address at no cost to you the Customer. Enjoy will require confirmation of the collection address, contact details of the person responsible for handing the return parcel to the courier and that the return parcel is packed as prescribed above before a collection is booked.

In the event that the scheduled collection of the return parcel for whatever reason is unsuccessful the customer will cover the costs associated with the secondary collection and shipping.

If you are returning product to our offices in Cape Town yourself, there’s no need for you to pack the return product into a separate shipping box or padded envelope. Don’t however forget to take your original order information with you when you drop off your return.

Exchange, replacement or refund

When exchanging a size or style, replacement goods will be shipped with 1-3 business days of receipt and inspection of your return parcel. Replacement goods are dispatched via courier or can be collected from our offices.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days from receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Refunds are made via EFT and can only be processed once the client has supplied accurate banking details. Please note that Enjoy cannot validate client-banking details.

If you’re returning a sale product, the reduced price paid at the time of the transaction will be refunded back to you.

If you redeemed a voucher/coupon against your purchase, and wish to return a product from that purchase, the rand value paid for the product being returned will be credited to your account. The value of the voucher that was redeemed will not be credited to your account.
